Return Policy

Short: Returns accepted within 30 days in original condition with proof of purchase; exclusions apply.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email) is required for all returns.
  • Certain items, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and personal care items, are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  • Online Purchases: Contact our customer service team at return@shoplegacygymwear.com to initiate a return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process after the return is received.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase for items of equal or lesser value, provided the item is in stock.
  • If the item requested for exchange is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at help@shoplegacygymwear.com.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Sale and Clearance Items

  • Sale items can be returned or exchanged unless marked as "Final Sale."
  • Clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

7. Exceptions

  • Custom-made, personalized, or special order items cannot be returned.
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and certain personal care products are non-returnable.

8. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method and currency; however, fluctuations in exchange rates may affect the amount received.

9. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
